Emotional Release Yoga helps you deal with following issues:
- pent up emotions
- can't let go of an emotion (anger, jealosy, sadness, anxiety etc.)
- want to learn how to be present and aware in your body
- need to address pain and inner suffering
It incorporates yoga postures, myo-fascial release, essential oils for specific emotions, reiki & chanting, breathing exercises & mindfulness, cognitive work and writing.
In this workshop we look at Session 1: Bodily Awareness
In this workshop we learn how to connect and feel our body. The only way to release something is by first embracing and understanding.
