Reiki Level 1 is where it all begins — and this two-day workshop is designed to give you a genuine, thorough grounding in the art of Reiki healing.
Over two full days you’ll learn the history and origins of Usui Reiki, understand how energy healing works, and receive your Level 1 attunement — the energetic activation that opens you to working with Reiki energy. You’ll practise hands-on techniques for self-healing and healing others, and leave with the confidence to actually use what you’ve learned.
My Wellness Academy is an IICT Premier Training Provider, and this workshop forms the foundation of a professional Reiki pathway — with Levels 2 and 3 available for those who wish to continue into accredited practitioner training.
We follow the authentic Usui–Hayashi–Takata–Furumoto lineage — one of the most respected Reiki lineages in the world.
Class sizes are intentionally kept small — typically 5 to 10 students — so you get real attention, real practice time, and real results.
