‘Journey To Joy' is a rare and special 6-week workshop series, to guide and support you on your journey to inner peace and personal empowerment. The workshop series is based on the positive psychology book Say Hello To Happiness by psychotherapist Michael Adamedes and meditation teacher Rob Prior. 

The course is designed to help you feel more confident, peaceful and empowered. Not only that, you will be equipped with a wide range of tools, techniques and perspectives to deal effectively with life's trials and tribulations in the months and years to come.

As the poet Khalil Gibran wrote, “Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens”. 

The workshop series is based around the 31-day programme of positive affirmations in the book Say Hello To Happiness, which help you to adopt a more positive and compassionate outlook on yourself, others and the world around you. 

To fully support your emotional evolution, our sessions include presentations, experiential activities, meditation, visualisation and original music, as well as group discussions with Rob Prior. This will be a small and intimate group with time available for personal attention.

Rob Prior is an educator, mentor, musician and co-author of the acclaimed personal development book Say Hello To Happiness. He has a degree in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science and is the founder of the multi-million dollar secondary tuition college Prior Education Australia. Through overcoming cancer and emotional traumas, he gained a deep understanding of psychology and personal transformation. He now helps others to overcome their struggles and experience greater freedom and happiness in their lives.
